Released in 2024 - the Silver Pigeon 1 MY .24 has some new features whilst retaining the renowned strength of the 680 action. It boasts high-performance Steelium Optimabore HP barrels with a full set of Optimachoke HP chokes ensuring dense uniform patterns and reduced felt recoil. A durable stainless-steel trigger and a redesigned top lever to smoothly open and close the gun. Manual safety and a flat tapered ventilated top rib for better target visibility.

Featuring a three-point locking system to ensure exceptional strength and durability. Fast-leaf spring trigger producing crisp trigger pulls. Steelium PRO barrels designed for superior shot patterns for both lead and high-performance steel shot. SO10 inspired ejector systems are both reliable and easy to maintain. The colour case hardened model uses traditional case hardening to produce a unique pattern of deep greys, blues and ambers on the action. Grade 4 woodwork with a traditional oil finish. Hand finished case with a blue canvas out shell and burgundy lining.

Built on the famous 680-platform this 687 is similar to the Silver Pigeon V with improved aesthetics including Anniversary scroll with gold inlay and gold medallions on the base of the action. The Filed version has a Grade 3 European walnut stock with a fixed comb and a narrow game top rib. Supplied with a set of 5 Optima HP chokes and proofed for HP steel shot.

The "500 LE" signifies a Limited Edition run to celebrate Beretta turning 500 years old.
