A customer needs to be over the age of 18 and hold a valid UK shotgun certificate for purchasing shotgun cartridges.  

The license details and supplied image will need to match the card payment details for the order to be authorised.  

A telephone call to confirm certain details may take place.  

Cartridge orders are processed and dispatched on a Thursday and sent out on an overnight delivery service. 

Orders placed before 5pm on a Wednesday will be processed and dispatched the following day, any orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the following Thursday.

An overnight next day service is used for our deliveries, however its arrival the next day cannot be guaranteed.   

All delivery costs will be calculated and stated at the time of checkout.

A delivery address can be nominated but the shotgun license address and card payment details must match up. 

Delivery is to the kerbside of your nominated address.  It is the responsibility of the customer to move the goods from the delivery point to their place of choice thereafter. 

Delivery will be made by a UK registered courier.    

If a delivery attempt is made by the courier and no one is available to accept it, a further attempt can be made by prior arrangement.  This will however incur an additional cost which will be quoted for at that time.   

We will only accept returns if the goods are damaged, faulty or if the goods have been supplied not in the specification that was ordered without prior consent.  The proof of purchase being the original invoice which was supplied with the goods will also be required to arrange a return.  

Damages, shortages or missing goods must be notified to us within 48 hours.

Goods supplied correctly as ordered may be returned to us but the buyer will be responsible for all carriage charges including the collection and re-delivery charges.
